The company estimates its revenue to be between $271 million and $272 million, with pricing growth to be approximately 6.0% and volume growth to be approximately negative 2.5%. Operating income before depreciation and amortization expense is estimated to be between $80 million and $81 million. Depreciation and amortization expense is estimated to be approximately 8.9% of revenue. Operating income is estimated to be between 20.5% and 20.8% of revenue. Operating income before depreciation and amortization is considered a non-GAAP financial measure, and is provided supplementally because it is widely used by investors as a valuation and liquidity measure in the solid waste industry. It should be used in conjunction with GAAP financial measures. Management uses operating income before depreciation and amortization as a principal measure to evaluate and monitor the ongoing financial performance of our operations. Other companies may calculate this measure differently.
