Waste Connections, Inc. today announced that it intends to file a Form 12b-25, Notification of Late Filing, with the Securities and Exchange Commission, for a five-day extension of the due date for its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended September 30, 2006. The Company intends to file its quarterly report within that five-day period.
